REFUND POLICY

Not everyone is a candidate for eyelash extensions, therefore a refund will not be given in an event of an allergic reaction. Allergic reactions can not be predicted and is not through fault of the service. If you have had a reaction to eyelash extensions in the past, or suffer from sensitive eyes, please book in for a patch test prior, or consider other options such as lash lifting.

A refund is not entitled if you change your mind and decide you no longer want lash extensions, however, ilaSH BeautyBar does offer a complimentary removal of lashes applied in the salon.

If for some reason you have a noticeably large amount of lashes shed within a 48 hour period, please contact ilaSH BeautyBar immediately, as a complimentary touch up may be offered. After this 48 hour period, a 1 week infill price will be charged.

All lash extensions are performed at the clients request and no refund will be issued for a finished treatment.
