INFILL POLICY

ilaSH BeautyBar's infills are all based on weeks, and infills are automatically booked in for 60 minutes. 

60 minutes should be enough time for a 2-3 week infill and any extra time may run the risk of overlapping appointments. Therefore, I do ask that all eye makeup must be removed prior to your appointment. If you know that you will be coming straight from work with mascara/eye shadow etc. please book in for a longer infill appointment to allow time for thorough cleaning of your lashes.

Please note: If you arrive late to your appointment, it will run into your appointment time e.g. If you are booked in for 60mins but arrive 15 minutes late, you will only have 45 minutes left to your appointment. In some cases flexibility can be afforded if it won't impact on following appointments.

Please also be aware that if it has been 3-4 week between infills, that out-grown lashes do get removed prior to infilling them, This can take an extra few minutes, please consider booking in earlier for an infill.

Please keep in mind that even though you have booked in for an infill appointment, occasionally there are not enough lashes remaining to be classified as an infill, rather, a full set will be applied.

WHAT IS CLASSIFIED AS AN INFILL?

Please make sure you have 40% or more of your lash extensions remaining when booking your infill appointment.

Anything less than 40% of lash extensions AFTER removal of outgrown lashes will be deemed as a FULL SET. 

An hour should be enough time to re-apply a new set, however I do ask that you please let me know if you think you will be needing a full set so I can allocate the appropriate amount of time.
