LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY 

NO SHOW appointments will incur a fee of 100% of the treatment cost and MUST be paid at the time of your next appointment.

Continuous NO SHOW appointments will NOT be re-booked

A late cancellation fee of $25 will be charged if you cancel/change your booking within 24 hours prior to your appointment. This cancellation fee will be added to your client file and MUST be paid at the time of your rescheduled appointment.

I completely understand things come up last minute and cannot be avoided, however as appointment times are booked out between 1-2 hours, this time is very precious.
Please make sure you are notifying ilaSH BeautyBar by messaging the Facebook page if you can no longer attend your appointment.

If cancelled appointments become frequent, full payment of your treatment will be required before you are able to rebook.
