APPOINTMENT POLICY

Please arrive to your appointment free from all eye makeup.

For new set appointments, the time allocated to your appointment will be stated on your booking Email or Text Message.

Arriving to your appointment late, with makeup products on your lashes and bathroom breaks etc. will run into your allocated appointment time.

Infills are automatically booked in for 1 hour unless stated otherwise.

To get the most out of your appointment, please arrive on time with clean lashes and switch your phone to silent. Caffeinated drinks are also not recommended before your appointment.
